"South Coast Physiotherapy in Simcoe deserves 5 stars! I was impressed with the service from my first visit. The desk staff are very welcoming, friendly and efficient. I was assigned to a physio, Maria, who gave me a very thorough assessment on my first visit and then discussed my treatment options with me and why these would be suitable for me. She was patient and answered all my questions. My experiences with the rest of the staff have been equally wonderful and Jasmine the physio assistant is very attentive, interested in my progress and very caring. Both Jasmine and Maria will never let me do anything more than I am capable of and do not provide treatments that give me more pain.I have been going to Simcoe South Coast since Sept 26, 2024 and will likely be there some time more as I have a chronic condition. I have gone from barely being able to walk and function in my daily life to being mobile again. I haven't felt this good in many months."

"This place changed my life. I was going to physio in Woodstock and they kept sending me to emergency they didn’t care at all. South coast physio are carful and caring. They actually care about your injury and how your feeling. They won’t make you do things your uncomfortable with and will take it at your pace. Truly happy with south coast physio! Amazing team & staff. 10 outta 10. I had a ruptured disk and iam now almost recovered. Should have been here since the start."

"10 stars! Excellent, friendly, personalized and attentative care. Pooja was thorough and patient with me to determine what was actually causing my pain and developed a plan accordingly. Now after receiving treatment and doing the work it is soo much better and longer between episodes - which vastly improves my life. I cannot express how thankful I am for how much easier and enjoyable it is now to care for and enjoy time with my kids without always being in pain or worried about hurting myself! Hope to not have to return but 100% would come back here if I had to! Thank you too the whole team at Simcoe south coast physio 😀"

"When I was referred, I could barely use my left hand at all without using a special brace. Within a few visits, it began to feel better. It is still sore, but I am personally amazed at how far I've come! I am very impressed with the way my treatment is progressing 😊; and the girls at the desk are always pleasant and efficient."

"We're very nice and despite a few times their computer system caused some delays or thair payment system to be down they were accommodating. Physio wise I was here for my shoulder and by the end of the 7 weeks it was feeling much better. Be sure to ask for printouts of the exercises they have you do, makes remembering them all easier and they will either print them right out for you or email them."

"From my first visit I was very impressed with the staff. Every single staff member are incredibly wonderful, understanding and knowledgeable. When I had my first appointment I wasn’t sure i would ever feel zero pain again, boy was I wrong. Pooja examined my injury and laid out an excellent plan of attack. I now have almost full range of movement after suffering for years. When you arrive you are greeted with a warm welcome and they remember your name. Thanks to Pooja and the entire group for taking excellent care of my issues."

"After my heart attack in May 2022, I needed to regain strength, flexibility, and endurance. Once again, Southcoast Physio, Simcoe (they now have 5 locations to help people recover from a long list of ailments) to the rescue. After my consult, I received a targeted program to help me get back to my normal. The team, headed up by Rushi (Roo-shi) is professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, and above all, interactive. Once you start your journey to health, it is critical to keep the lines of communication open to any changes whether negative or positive in order to adjust treatment accordingly. I have complete faith and trust in Rushi and his team!"

"I always dreaded going to physio, they would give me a program to work and than leave me alone. I went to South Coast physio and couldn’t believe the difference. They work along with you and never leave you waiting, they encourage you, explain the benefits of the exercises, and most important they listen to you. I actually look forward to going because after my treatment I always feel better. They are very caring as well as being professional. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs help. "I was admitted due to a workplace injury with my back. The team was helpful, polite and Profesional. They listened to me explain the pain and what happener. They worked through the recovery process with me till my pain was gone. The exercises and stretches they taught me have helped a lot with day to day inflammation and pain. I recommend them to anyone suffering with body pain."

"SCP in Simcoe is a clean, friendy and professional atmosphere. The care I recieved from them starting on my first phone call was 5 ⭐. When my elbow dislocation healed the stiffness was so bad but in no time I am finally on the road to recovery. "I have had two knee replacement surgeries recently and have been working with the Simcoe team for my recovery. The team is a fantastic group and I would highly recommend them. The administrative group at the front make me feel very welcomed on each visit. The physio team really puts me at ease making me feel that they are my side and doing their professional best to help me recover. I am quite pleased with my progress as is my surgeon. I have the confidence that this great team will get me back to where I should be in regards to the strength and movement of my knees."

"The whole team at South Coast Physio is excellent! I am always greeted by a smile no matter who is sitting at the administrative assistant desk. Dr. Khizar and his team are truly invested in making my knee better and you can tell! Dr. Khizar makes great conversation and asks all the right questions to ensure I am getting all the help I need. I also really enjoy working with the assistants as well. I feel terrible as I forgot the name of who takes care of me almost every time I come in. However, he is excellent! "An X-ray revealed a bone spur in the ball-socket joint of my hip. My doctor recommended physio vs. surgery. And, thanks to South Coast Physiotherapy, my doctor was proven right. I have progressed from constant discomfort with occasional, debilitating pain to occasional discomfort and no pain. Rashid and his staff run a professional, stress free clinic. I highly recommend them."

"South Coast Physiotherapy in Simcoe was fantastic. I went in with an unknown issue, well I knew what the pain was but it didn't fit many parameters to fully diagnose. After a few sessions, Rashid Nasir did wonders. After 4 visits, I moved to bi-weekly and was pain free in very little time. Things were always explained in a fashion that you didn't need to have a medical degree to actually understand. Staff was always courteous, and very efficient. No long waits. In and out and on your way in no time at all. I would highly recommend South Coast Physio in Simcoe, ON for your physiotherapy needs."

"I didn't dislike it, it was my first visit and just to get registered and set up an initial consultation. The front staff were both friendly and helpful. Since now having my initial consultation, I have changed my rating. The front staff are helpful and courteous. The physiotherapist I met with was very well prepared and professional, explaining everything clearly and completely. I will add more after my treatment."

"I asked for an appointment due to severe pain that interfered with daily tasks including walking. Rajesh taught me exercises and treated my lower back with ultrasound and tens. I have followed the exercise plan completely and the pain has significantly diminished and is no longer interfering with my life and sleep. I am very grateful and plan to start riding my horse again. Thank you Rajesh and to all the staff who were kind and helpful."

"I was told by my doctor that my herniated disc was too severe to be fixed by physiotherapy and that I would need surgery. Rajesh saw me three times a week for three months and took special care to make sure surgery wouldn't be needed. And it isn't! "I'm so thankful for the treatment I received at South Coast Physio in Simcoe. I was able to get my first appointment in less than a week after my surgery. Each week I was given exercises to do at home which were not too difficult but were very effective in strengthening my leg muscles so I am able to walk without a walker now. The staff were very friendly and accommodating."

"My experience at South Coast Physiotherapy was great. Rajesh Kumar was my physiotherapist and he was very professional and tailored an exercise program for my specific injury. With the exercises I did at home and the therapy I received in the clinic I was feeling a significant decrease in my pain within a few weeks. I would highly recommend him and the clinic. Staff was always friendly and very accommodating."

"I highly recommend South Coast Physiotherapy, having had a near fatal industrial accident over three years ago and having used two other physio clinics. I’ve had great success here with chronic shoulder pain, in only 7 visits. The staff let you work at your own pace and never having acupuncture before, it has really relieved the pain. They’re very attentive and always checking to make sure you are not in pain and that you are doing the exercises properly. Great place ... professional staff."

"I had debilitating injury for 2 years and sought treatment from 2 other physiotherapists. South Coast Phsyio was my 3rd stop and the first to accurately diagnose and treat my injury. I am nearing the end of my recovery and am approaching my pre-injury activity level. Many activities that previously caused me discomfort are now pain-free. "South Coast Physio handled my post knee replacement treatment and I could not be happier with the results. The staff is great. Sol Sam and Mel encouraged and worked with me through the tough tough early weeks and push ed me through the final weeks to build up my strength in order to return to work. "I have been a weekly patient for several months. In the past I have probably visited 4 or 5 other physio therapy practices in various cities.... this particular business is extremely well run ... Appointments are on time... I find the staff are very professional , courteous and friendly .I really feel like they genuinely care about me ...and my needs..
